This policy explains what Fidget Digit Studios L.L.C. ("Fidget Digit Studios", "we", "us") collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers this website and our applications, including BrushMark.

The short version

BrushMark keeps your artwork and imported photos on your device. We don't have accounts, we don't sell data, and we collect only anonymous crash reports.

Information we collect

Photos and artwork you create

Photos you import are processed entirely on your device and never leave it. We never receive, see, or store them.

Information you give us

If you email us for support, we receive your email address and whatever you write, including any screenshots you attach. We keep support correspondence so we can follow up and spot recurring problems.

Information collected automatically

BrushMark contains no third-party SDKs. It includes no analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting libraries, and the app makes no network requests of its own. If you have opted in to sharing analytics with developers at the device level, Apple may provide us with aggregate, anonymous usage and crash reports through App Store Connect. Nothing in those reports identifies you.

Purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple. We receive confirmation that a purchase occurred, but never your payment card details, billing address, or Apple Account credentials.

This website

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. It loads no third-party scripts, fonts, or trackers of any kind — every file it serves comes from our own domain. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability.

How we use information

• To make our products work, including turning the photographs you choose into paint-by-number canvases
• To answer your support requests
• To find and fix bugs and crashes
• To meet legal obligations

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who we share information with

Apple, for app distribution and for processing and confirming purchases, is the only third party that receives data in connection with the app itself. Two others support the business around it: Google Workspace hosts our email, so anything you write to our support address is received and stored there, and Cloudflare hosts this website and keeps standard server logs. There are no others.

We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

How long we keep information

Support email is kept for two years and then deleted. The aggregate, anonymous crash and usage reports Apple provides are kept for 90 days. Your artwork and any photos you import stay on your device until you delete them; we never hold a copy, so there is nothing for us to retain.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to object to certain uses. Email admin@brushmark.studio and we will respond within the period required by the applicable law, and in any case within 45 days.

To delete content stored in the app: open the gallery, press and hold the picture you want to remove, choose Delete, and confirm. To remove all of them at once, open Settings and choose Delete everything in BrushMark. Deleting the app from your device clears everything BrushMark saved: every picture you made, all of your progress, and the copies it made of the photos you brought in.

None of that affects your photo library. BrushMark works on its own copy of any photo you bring in, and the only thing it is permitted to do in Photos is add a finished painting when you ask it to. It cannot alter or remove anything already there.

Children

Our products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International users

We operate from the United States. If you use our products from outside the United States, any information we process is handled in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.

Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top. Significant changes will be announced in the app or by email where we have one for you.
